Applications

CanNeed-ATCT-1000 Automatic Tensile and Compression Tester is applicable for detecting the tensile stress and strength, breaking elongation, peel strength, 90° tear force, heat-sealing strength, adhesive strength, puncturing resistance force, low-speed unwrapping force and opening force on the samples involved of plastic film, laminated films, flexible packaging materials, adhesives and adhesive tapes, self-adhesive, rubber, paper and aluminum-plastic panel, etc. It’s developed and manufactured in terms of GBT16825-2022 and other standards.

Test process:

Clamp the sample between the two clamps of the fixture, the two clamps do relative movement, through the force sensor located in the dynamic clamp head and the displacement sensor built in the machine, the change of force value and displacement during the test process is collected, so as to calculate the tensile, tearing, deformation rate and other performance indicators of the sample.
