Applications
This machine is designed to work in conjunction with the online X-ray automatic component counting machine. Installed at the output end of the counter, it utilizes a lifting mechanism and a material receiving unit to automatically apply barcode labels and neatly organize the finished trays into storage containers. It efficiently and accurately completes the barcode labeling process for materials during warehousing.
Equipped with vision positioning technology, the system eliminates positional deviations that can occur with manual labeling. It operates continuously with high efficiency, significantly reducing labor costs.
