Description
Applications
The TRT-2000 is a fully automatic testing equipment designed to measure the light transmittance of multiple IR apertures. Users simply load a stack of trays, and the machine automatically measures the IR apertures on all cover plates. No operator intervention is needed for individual loading/unloading. The system performs fully automated testing, including loading, unloading, inspection, OK/NG judgment, and the automatic rejection of non-conforming products.
Advantages
- Fully Automatic Loading, Unloading, and Testing: Both the loading and unloading areas can hold 40 trays each. This allows for batch processing of 40 trays x 10 pieces/tray = 400 pieces in one setup.
- Four-Station Turntable for Enhanced Efficiency: A four-station rotary table significantly improves throughput. Products measured as OK are returned to their original trays. NG products are automatically placed onto a dedicated NG collection conveyor.
- Automatic NG Material Boxing: Non-conforming products are automatically collected in separate containers, simplifying operation and saving labor.
- Integrated System Design: The inspection module and automated motion system are integrated into a single unit. Operation is convenient, and production information is displayed clearly.
- Powerful Software Features:
5.1 Programmable Product Settings: The software allows for setting and storing parameters (quantity, position of IR apertures) for different products. Calling the corresponding parameters for measurement is fast and convenient.
5.2 Configurable Measurement Wavelengths: Enables measurement of different wavelengths for different IR apertures on the same product.
5.3 Local Database Results Storage: All measurement results are saved in a local database and are retained permanently unless deleted.
5.4 Comprehensive Reporting: Capable of printing various reports, including single-wavelength transmittance reports for multiple IR apertures and continuous-wavelength transmittance reports for a single IR aperture. Reports can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF, etc.
