Description
Applications
The One-Touch Vision Measuring System represents a new generation of image measurement technology. Unlike traditional 2D vision measuring systems, it eliminates the need for grating scale displacement sensors as a precision reference and does not rely on high-magnification lenses to enlarge the product image to ensure measurement accuracy.
This system utilizes a telecentric lens with a wide field of view and large depth of field, which reduces the product’s contour image by several times or even dozens of times. This reduced image is then transmitted to a high-resolution, multi-megapixel CCD camera for digitization. Powerful background graphics and measurement software, following pre-programmed instructions, rapidly captures the product’s contour image. The dimensions are finally calculated by comparing this image against a scale formed by the tiny pixels of the high-resolution camera, simultaneously evaluating dimensional tolerances.
The structure of the One-Touch Vision Measuring System is simple. It requires no displacement sensors or grating scales, relying instead on a telecentric lens with wide field of view and depth of field for reduction, a high-pixel CCD camera, and powerful background software.
Advantages
Automatic Positioning & Origin Setting: Automatically identifies position and origin. Can measure up to 99 features in a single cycle and simultaneously process up to 100 measurements.
Simplified Operation & Consistent Lighting: Easy focus adjustment and effortless reproduction of identical lighting conditions. Features automatic edge detection.
Large Field Optical System: For large workpieces, capture the entire image directly without stitching, thereby obtaining higher precision measurement data.
Intuitive Software Measurements: Simple operation with a mouse. Measure centerlines or virtual lines with a single click. R measurement and chamfer (C-surface) measurement are easily performed.
On-Site Reporting: Measurement results are stored within the main unit, allowing for immediate creation of inspection reports on the production floor.
Multi-Function & Cost-Effective: Integrates multiple functions into one machine, capable of performing various measurements, all at an affordable price.
Non-Contact Spectral Confocal Measurement: (Note: This point seems to describe a different technology – spectral confocal – which is not typically part of a standard vision system. Please verify its inclusion.) Measures the precise distance to the object by analyzing the wavelength of reflected light.
