CanNeed-SCT-1000Stress Cracking Tester is a special instrument for testing the stress crack resistance of blow-molded PET carbonate bottles.

The test product is capped PET bottle. Simulate the operation of production line, lye lubrication on the conveyor line, test the effect of lye on PET bottom. The instrument adopts constant pressure test to simulate the pressure inside the gas-containing bottles, using compressed air to make the pressure inside the PET stabilised at the set pressure, and the bottom of the bottles immersed in lye to observe the damaging effect of lye on the bottom of the bottles. Designed 6 stations (expandable), automatic water injection, automatic lye injection, each station has a corresponding pressure detection, measurement of air pressure value, through the fall of the air pressure to determine whether the rupture, in the set period of time to observe the rupture of the bottom of the PET bottle, remove the samples after the test to observe the damage of the sample.

l Equipped with high-precision sensor, each station sensor is independent, can choose any station to test;
l Independent lye test chamber, the solution leaking out of any one bottle after rupture will not affect the other stations. Traditional test is communal lye, one of the leakage will affect the concentration of the test solution, resulting in inaccurate test;
l Each station has an independent intake valve, any sample leakage can quickly close the corresponding intake valve, without affecting other stations;
l Accurate measurement, automatic background backup of measurement results;
l Double intake pressure regulator to ensure stable secondary pressure, with clean and dry air;
l Equipped with precision regulator, accurate control of air pressure target value;
l The lye bucket is located in the low position, easy to add liquid. Automatic lye discharge function, fast, uniform addition and subtraction of lye, reducing the frequency of hand contact with lye;
l Automatic water filling, eliminating the need for frequent manual water filling. (External tap water source is required);
l Fast tooling fixture, cylinder sealing compression, to avoid manual screw cap and sealing bad impact on the test results, and the sample will not fly away when the bottle bursts;
l Double screw stepless lift, can automatically adapt to a variety of bottle height;
l Suitable clamping height, easy to place the product; anti-explosion and clear observation window, can real-time observation of the test situation;
l Electric liquid injection and discharge, high efficiency liquid discharge, less residue, easy to recover.
l External calibration connector, can easily calibrate the total air source;
l Door status sensing, during the test, the door is automatically locked, open the door quickly deflate;
l Leakage detection during pre-inflation to prevent misjudgment of results due to unsealed caps.
