VST-200 Vacumn And Seal Tester For Claw Twist Cap has the following two roles:
1. Measure the response of the Vacuum Safety Button on the twist cap to the stree. Vacuum to which pressure value, the safety button will inhale. And release to which pressure value, it will recover.
2. Measure the tightness and the pressure resistance.

VST-200 is equiped with Pressure Sensor and Displacement Sensor. In the entire measurement process, the displacement sensor tracks the deformation displacement , the PLC determines the end of the measurement automatically to get the Suction Vacuum Value and the Bounce Vacuum Value. Curve can be generated through software, analysising the relationship between tolerated stress and deformation of the claw twist cap.

The measurement process of the Vacuum Safety Button: cover the measurement cup with the cap, then vacuum slowly. The cover deformation is tracked by the displacement sensor. When the cover safety button is sucked in completely, the vacuum value records automatically. It is the Suck in Vacuum Value. Then release the vacuum slowly, when the safety button pops up, the vacuum value records automatically. It is the Bounce Vacuum value.

The measurement process of the tightness and the pressure resistance: cover the measurement cup with the cap and tighten it. Then vacuum quickly and apply the pressure to the setted value. If the cap can keep the setted value for some time after stopping the vacuum or pressure, the tightness and the pressure resistance is qualified.
