Description

CanNeed-AS-Line-1000 Online Finished Beverage Carbon Dioxide Analyzer is designed to measure the carbon dioxide content in beer or carbonated beverages. By measuring the pressure and temperature of the finished beverage, the CO₂ content is calculated based on Henry’s Law. It is directly suitable for a variety of bottled and canned products in different specifications, serving as a reliable and accurate carbon dioxide analyzer.

Applications

CanNeed-AS-Line-1000 Online Finished Beverage Carbon Dioxide Analyzer is developed in accordance with the ASBC method of the American Society of Brewing Chemists. It complies with the national standard GB/T 4928-2001 “Methods of Analysis for Beer” and the national standard GB/T 10792-1995 “Carbonated Beverages (Soda Water)”. The instrument calculates the CO₂ content by measuring the pressure and temperature of the finished beverage (or drink) based on Henry’s Law.

Ingenious Design

The equipment features a conveyor belt design that can be integrated into production lines for automatic sampling, feeding, bottle shaking, and measurement. It can also operate as a standalone unit, supporting manual sample loading with automatic feeding and measurement.
